ATTENTION CHARLESTON RESIDENTS: The flyer below was mailed out with every water bill this month. Lead service line inventory is being mandated by the state. This will be very time consuming. Individuals with Horner Shifrin Engineering have began knocking on doors today. They are wearing reflective vests, hard hats, and are carrying company identification.
Please be aware that this is a legitimate service being conducted. They started at the North end of town and will be working their way south.
We appreciate your cooperation with this inventory process.
